”In 1973 Swedish state television aired the documentary: ”Enköpings sällskap för paranormala studier” about a collective of paranormal investigators in the little town of Enköping. The Leader of this group, Albert Henry Björkhav, grandson of famed astronomer Viktor Björkhav was conducting an investigation on an old, abandoned Cabin in the woods. The documentary only aired once and was banned from ever airing again, supposedly the copies were destroyed. All that has remained is a tape copy of the soundtrack with titles that alludes to the content of the documentary…”

A new Blood Tower album is always cause for celebration—the depth of vision Lord Bill packs into each gemlike song is astounding. This release gives me a feeling of watching midnight movies in a rundown theater on the edge of town with a few other brave souls. As we emerge blinking into the thick darkness all the horrors we saw onscreen start creeping out from the shadows, flapping wetly across the moon, skittering down from the trees, clutching icily at our ankles through the churning dirt.
